What do you get when overworked, highly-educated art history students get together for a surrealist party?
Well, drunk, naturally.
Not simply another caterer, we here at GASTROGIANT love puttin’ our food in everyone’s mouth, especially when they’re really hungry. Lucky for us, Patrick is married to a grad student and they didn’t want the same old routine, finger sandwiches and pimento cheese. The result was whimsical and fun — Sloppy Joes on Cheddar Gougeres, Caramel Dipped Sweet Potatoes, Homemade Whole Wheat Vegetarian Enchiladas and even a whole roasted Texas Pumpkin filled with Lamb’s Polenta and Smoked Bacon. Needless to say, there was virtually nothing left.

And with another rousing success under our belts (which naturally fit a little bit tighter these days), we move on to whatever else awaits. More food, more fun, more full bellies.
