A rousing success!

Satisfied customers, satisfied bellies, and a lot of food later, our first annual crack at delivering Thanksgiving meals was a rousing success.

Over the course of the days leading up to what is easily our favorite holiday of the year, we cooked:
5 pumpkin pies
1 goat cheesecake
1 pumpkin cheesecake
1 sweet potato pie
2 apple pies (1 latticework that was just TO DIE FOR!!!!!!)
8 pans of cornbread
Homemade marshmallows
Gallons of vegetable stock
Loads of homemade gravy
6 turkeys

…and so much more!

It’s Time for Dinner

Ladies and Gentlemen, foodies and farmers alike, fall is here and it’s time to eat.

With the autumn’s abundance slowly settling in, why not have a dinner party? Why not learn how to cook what this wonderful season has to offer? Why not simply make up some reason to eat, as if a reason need even be mentioned?
